The title of this video is a bit misleading as this class is not really too hard! When we get to the chair part, you may choose to do the postures standing so please give this one a go! Also, toward the end, I embarrassingly said the non-word "unnaccessible"....please just smirk and move on! You will need a chair, mat, blanket and blocks.
